Returns + Exchanges
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges for clothing, accessories, and home goods.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges must be shipped back within 15 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Condition of Exchanged Items
Our items are vintage and pre-loved, which means they may have imperfections due to previous wear. Examples of minor flaws include (but are not limited to): pilling, markings, discolorations, loose threading, and other signs of wear from the previous owner and age.
However, we are committed to disclosing any significant stains or damage. If you have any questions before making your purchase, please email us at info@theslowseeker.com.
No Returns or Cancellations
We do not accept returns or cancellations.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping Disclaimer
We’ll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but we can't guarantee them. Your actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Once an item has been shipped, The Slow Seeker is not responsible if the item is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. We ship all domestic orders through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Once a package leaves The Slow Seeker studio and is picked up and scanned by USPS, we no longer have any control over it and are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged packages. If a package shows that it has been delivered through the tracking number and the customer is unable to locate it, The Slow Seeker is not responsible and will not issue a refund or store credit.
Please be sure to provide the correct shipping address when making a purchase. If you believe your package has been stolen or misdelivered, please contact your local post office. Also, ask your neighbors; sometimes packages get dropped off on the wrong porch or mailbox. If you see your mailman, let them know your tracking information and that you suspect theft or misdelivery.
In-Person Pop-Up Events
Items purchased at our in-person pop-up events follow the same return and exchange policies as our online store.
Please inspect items thoroughly before purchasing at our pop-up events, as we do not accept returns or cancellations.
