Condition of exchanged item

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

I don't accept returns or cancellations

Our clothing is pre-loved, which means these items may have imperfections due to wear. Some examples of minor flaws include and are not limited to; pilling, markings, discolorations, loose threading, and other signs of wear from the previous owner and age. However, we are committed to disclosing any significant stains or damage. I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Once an item has been shipped, The Slow Seeker is not responsible if the item is lost, stolen or damaged in transit. We ship all domestic orders through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Free domestic shipping for orders over $75! 

 

Once a package leaves The Slow Seeker studio and is picked up and scanned by USPS, we no longer have any control of the package and are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, mis-delivered, or damaged packages. If a package shows that it has been delivered through the tracking number and the customer is unable to locate their package, The Slow Seeker is not responsible and will not issue a refund or store credit.  

 

Please be sure that you provide the correct shipping address when making a purchase. If you believe your package has been stolen or mis-delivered, please contact your local post office. Also, ask your neighbors, sometimes packages get dropped off on the wrong porch or mailbox. If you see your mailman, let them know your tracking information and that you suspect theft or mis-delivery.

 

Local Customers

We offer local pick up at our studio location in Laredo, TX and delivery options! Once you’re ready to checkout, select the option labeled Pick-Up or Local Delivery. AKA: This is THE most eco-friendly option! 

Pick-Up instructions will be provided as soon as option is selected. If the customer selects Free Delivery and is within delivery boundaries, they are eligible for free delivery! Please be sure to input the correct delivery location with any relevant info such as gate code and a good number to reach you should any problems arise.
